Reiki is the Japanese word for Universal Life Energy. It describes this gentle “laying on of hands” technique known to facilitate the flow of energy into the body, creating balance, harmony & well-being.

It is a recommended treatment to speed healing processes and recovery. It is an effective pain and stress reliever that facilitates better sleep and total relaxation.

When you book a session, you will lay on a treatment table and your practitioner will work through your chakras, the emotional centres of your body, with hands-on or off the body.

Reiki Float & Oracle

Step into a transformative journey guided by Shannon—a Reiki Master, intuitive energy alchemist, visionary, and guide. This 90-minute session combines the deeply calming float experience with Shannon’s unique ability to connect with energy and offer profound healing insights.

Your experience begins in our open-concept float tank, where you’ll be cradled by soothing water, free from external distractions. As you relax, Shannon will join you in the space, holding sacred energy and performing 45 minutes of Reiki to help release blockages and realign your energy. Her intuitive approach ensures a deeply personalized healing session.

The final 15 minutes are yours to float in peaceful solitude, giving your mind, body, and soul time to fully integrate the energy alignment. After your float, Shannon will provide a personalized intuitive reading, offering insights into the energies she connected with during your session. She’ll also pull an oracle card to offer further clarity and guidance for your journey.

Our Intuitive Healers help you break-through mental and emotional blocks, self-limiting beliefs and assist in helping raise consciousness.

Our sessions integrate healing modalities and teach self-care tools to help you move beyond situations and feelings. It provides support and encouragement to connect with your intuition and to resolve/release that which no longer serves you.

Each session combines hands-on energy work with an intuitive experience as the practitioner is guided. May integrate other elements such as acupressure, dry massage/supported stretching, oracle cards, clear spray/sage, pendulum, aromatherapy, coaching and more.
