Jennifer McCrae, CT, CDCP, is a Grief Specialist and Yoga Teacher who blends trauma-informed movement, breathwork, and energy healing to support the mind, body, and spirit. She specializes in Soul Flow and Kundalini Yoga, helping individuals find resilience, steadiness, and deep healing—whether navigating grief, stress, or life transitions.
A dynamic practice designed to strengthen the nervous system, enhance mental clarity, and activate energy. Using breathwork, postures, and movement, Kundalini Yoga helps release stress, detoxify the body, and uplift the spirit.
Kundalini Yoga – Mondays at 9:30 AM
A gentle, heart-centered practice for those navigating grief, stress, or emotional heaviness. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and deep rest, this class releases tension, fosters grounding, and supports emotional healing. Open to all levels.
Soul Flow Yoga – Thursdays at 12:00 PM
