Dezaray Muise is a Yoga Teacher and Energy Practitioner with a nursing background who supports individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, balancing their nervous systems, and restoring energetic harmony. She combines trauma-informed movement, breath, and gentle frequency-based techniques to guide healing on a cellular and energetic level. Her yoga classes are gentle, grounded, and open to everyone—including those just beginning their journey. Yin & Restorative Yoga

All levels welcome. Slow down, soften, and restore. This deeply nourishing class blends yin yoga, where poses are held passively for several minutes to release tension in the deeper connective tissues, with restorative yoga, which uses props to support the body in restful stillness. Perfect for anyone needing rest, deep release, and balance for the nervous system. Come as you are — leave feeling grounded, open, and at peace.
