Reformer Pilates combines the traditional movements of mat Pilates with a Reformer machine and gives a workout like no other. This machine contains a foot bar, carriage, pulleys and five springs of varying tension that can be adjusted to suit your fitness level or needs. The exercises are designed to increase flexibility, mobility, strength and balance while targeting the core system (abs and back).
A 1:1 or 2:1 training that empowers you to keep going so you can reach your goal of health and fitness.
Exercises can be modified to fit the needs and abilities of each individual, and is suitable for all levels.
