Cancellation Policy

Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hrs notice. This enables us to get in touch with other clients that require our services and make arrangements for them to fill the time slot you have vacated.

We know that last minute changes in your schedule are sometimes impossible for you to avoid, however, we must charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the charges applicable to the original time reserved specifically for you, unless there is an extenuating circumstance. Please understand that our time is also precious, thank you for helping us to maintain a high level of service to all our clients.

Event/Session Cancellation Policy

We require prepayment to secure your spot for all sessions, events (including yoga/meditation), and workshops.  All sessions, events, workshops, escapes, and retreats are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another client.  It is your responsibility to find someone to take your place and your responsibility to receive payment.

Way Spa and Spa Finder

**We no longer accept Way Spa or Spa Finder gift cards.**

Please know that we sell Wellness Path gift certificates directly and they can be used on any service at the Wellness Path or Wellness Path Holistic Spa.

You can purchase a Wellness Path Gift Certificate from our location in any denomination by calling 905-623-9232. We also accept cash, debit, and credit (Visa / Mastercard).

Direct Billing

Direct Billing must be set up PRIOR to your massage or acupuncture treatment. Please present your card to reception upon arrival.  Should there be any discrepancy, you are required to pay Clarington’s Wellness Path for services rendered, then arrange reimbursement with your insurance company.

*Please be prepared to pay for your service in the case that direct billing declines or is unavailable. There are many factors that may affect whether your insurance claim is accepted.  Time to time there are glitches, reviews, denials or only partial coverage for the claim that is being submitted on your behalf.   In these circumstances, you must be prepared to pay and we will provide you with a receipt to which you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
